This Philippe Starck creation does more than illuminate—it enlightens. The sleek and edgy floor lamp is part of the artist’s Guns Collection designed in 2005 for Flos, making a statement while doing good. “Design is my weapon,” says Starck, who donates 20% of the collection’s sales to Frères des Hommes, a charitable organisation dedicated to abolishing poverty around the world.
Floor lamp providing direct reading and ambient lighting. Body is die cast aluminium with an over moulded polymer coating and gloss 18K gold plated. Matte black plasticised paper shade with an internal gold silk screened. On the cable there is the electronic dimmer which allows the regulation of light brightness.
