The removable tops fit flush against the sturdy, solid oak base leg structure. Tops are epoxy painted. Legs are made from sturdy sustainably harvested American white oak finished in a smooth, matt, water resistant lacquer. Edges look crisp but are finely hand sanded to make them soft to the touch. Silicone feet stop it slipping. Design by Lincoln Rivers.
